• Features a custom, on-screen map of your specific service territory. Shows the relative geographic locations, and time, for each job, with every technician's route geographically displayed in color-coded, sequential fashion. Allows for geographic on-screen tech assignment, editing, re-routing, auto-dial of customers in schedule, printout of schedule, remote dispatch, alpha-numeric paging, etc, etc., etc.  Also shows location of any job being scheduled relative to geography and existing appointments.

• Actual jobs, as initiated from a Callsheet, print onto your own service tickets in any format wanted. The WorkInProgress system simultaneously begins a history of each job, tracking time on each and by whom, a description of work done, parts used from stock, parts special-ordered and received, funds collected, and so on. • Instantly shows stock inventory on each truck and in store room. Facilitates daily restock to each truck and restock from suppliers.
