•EmailedDispatchReceiver – For any company that’s receiving service requests via Email (e.g., from American Home Shield, a live answering service, etc.), this utility automates reception of those requests.  It opens such emails, parses the text, and plugs all perfectly into ServiceDesk order forms.
•DispatchLink family of utilities – These utilities (one for ServiceBench, one for ServicePower and one for LG) automate the flow of dispatch information between servicer and manufacturer.  They upload availability info, and download dispatch requests.
